IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONSUMER 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd warrants their products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY applies to the original product purchaser of this product provided this product was 1) purchased from an authorized Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd distributor/retailer and 2) is returned at your expense, postage pre-paid, along with a copy of the sales receipt and Return Form to the address below. Any product falling in this 90 day warranty period will either be repaired or replaced at Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd's discretion. Return shipment to you may take up to 6 weeks, depending upon your location. Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd also stocks limited replacement parts for our items that fall in the 90 day limited warranty. Please fill out the e-mail Return Form to find the availability of warranty replacement parts.

What is not covered by the 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY:

This warranty is void if the product has been modified or repaired by the user or others or if it has been damaged as a result of contact with water, neglect, abuse, misuse, battery leakage, improper battery installation, unauthorized service, any action or omission which constitutes a deviation from the operating instructions, or any other causes not arising out of defects in the workmanship or materials.

Inflatable Policy:

Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd offers a one time replacement of your inflatable playland, Please fill out the following Inflatable Replacement Request Form. Please locate the area on the inflatable item that has the copyright symbol printed on the inflatable along with the "warning this is not a floatation device". Please cut that out of the inflatable and mail it to Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd along with your receipt and completed Inflatable Replacement Request Form.

Play Tent Policy:

Moose Mountain Toymakers Ltd has a 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY on all of their items. If your play tent should fall under the 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY, please follow the following procedure to get the replacement of the actual tent. This policy does not apply to the tent poles or accessories. Please request poles and accessories through the parts request form. Please fill out the following Play Tent Replacement Request Form. Please also locate the area on the play tent that has the item’s logo printed on it and cut that out of the play tent itself and NOT the BOX. (The words Mr. Potato Head, Tonka, Littlest Pet Shop would be the logo) Please mail the cut out logo along with your receipt and completed Play Tent Inflatable Form to Moose Mountain, 8 Wood Hollow Rd., Suite 302, Parsippany, NJ, 07054.
